I brought this little fella abroad, and it did not disappoint. It is capable of navigating different surfaces (well, reasonable surfaces) and climbing rather steep slopes. Performance-wise, it does what it says on the tin. The service from the company representative, Iris Lin, was top-notch. She was responsive and helpful. The only downside was the shipment. For the above-average shipping rate I paid, the handling from the shipping company was a shame. The carton box was smashed and I found scratches on the wheelchair frame here and there. And some broken parts. Thankfully, this was resolved by Iris Lin by giving me some compensation for my next order. Overall it was a good purchase experience
